All shipments are processed through GDEX delivery service provider.
We also offer On-Demand Delivery through Lalamove or Grab for selected areas.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Malaysia (Peninsular and East Malaysia) and selected international destinations.
All orders are managed automatically through our GDEX, ensuring accurate shipping rates, tracking updates, and delivery coordination.
2. Delivery Options
We provide two delivery options depending on your order type and location:
A. Standard Delivery (GDEX)
- Handled by GDEX delivery service provider.
- Orders will be shipped the next working day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Estimated delivery time:
- West Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days
- East Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days
- International (Air Freight): 3 – 5 working days, subject to customs clearance
Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or customs inspections.
B. On-Demand Delivery (Lalamove / Grab)
- Available for Klang Valley and nearby areas.
- Delivery window: 2 – 3 hours from order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 7:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
- Pricing and availability depend on the service area and real-time rates from Lalamove or Grab.
3. Delivery Charges
- West Malaysia (GDEX): RM6 standard delivery fee (1–3kg)
Enjoy free delivery for orders above RM200 (single transaction). - East Malaysia & International: Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on parcel weight or volumetric weight.
- On-Demand Delivery: Charges are determined dynamically by Lalamove or Grab and shown upon checkout.
All delivery fees displayed on our website are generated through GDEX to reflect the latest courier rates.
4. Delivery Procedure
- The GDEX courier will message and email before delivering your parcel.
- If attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to DurianBB’s warehouse, and re-delivery fees may apply.
- For on-demand deliveries (Lalamove / Grab), real-time tracking links will be shared once the driver is assigned.
5. Self-Pickup Option
Customers may also choose to self-collect their orders at:

Our team will notify you via WhatsApp once your order is ready for pickup.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange or replacement according to the terms below.
A. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- Notify us within 3 working days after receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
- The product must be unused, and in its original packaging.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or customs inspections.
B. Return Process
- Contact DurianBB Customer Service via WhatsApp at +6011-1068 0419.
- Provide your order details and photos of the affected item.
- Once verified, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
- A return label will be generated (via GDEX) and shared with you.
- You may drop off the parcel at a GDEX point or request a pickup through our team.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect and process your exchange or refund within 7–10 working days.
C. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are on-returnable:- Perishable or opened food products (e.g. fresh durian, packaged food)
- Items damaged by customer mishandling
- Clearance or promotional items
D. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement product.
- Cash refunds are not available unless specially approved by management.
- Please allow 7–10 working days for processing once the return is confirmed.
